Urinary Diseases
All The Things You Thought Homoeopathy Couldn’t Treat.
Urinary tract infection
Urinary tract infections or UTIs are infections that may affect any part of the urinary tract. They are a widespread health issue affecting millions of individuals every year. UTIs are more common in women. The infection could cause complications like Urethritis, Cystitis, Pyelonephritis or Abscess.
Kidney Stone
Kidney stones are hard deposits of minerals and salts that develop within the kidneys. Kidney stones can affect both the genders and may appear in any section of the urinary tract, including the kidneys and bladder. Passing kidney stones can be very painful, but if detected early, the stones do not cause permanent harm. In some extreme cases surgery may be required.
Prostate conditions
Prostatitis is an inflammation of the prostrate gland. Prostatitis is a term used to describe four different conditions that affect the prostate gland. Urinary tract infections are linked to two types of prostatitis (UTIs). Other kinds, however, are not. Prostatitis can affect males of any age.
Stricture
Stricture involves scarring that narrows the tube that carries urine out of the body, called the urethra. As a result of a stricture, less urine comes out of the bladder. This can cause problems in the urinary tract, such as infection.
Hematuria
Hematuria means there is blood in your urine. The two types of hematuria are
gross hematuria—when you can see the blood in your urine
microscopic hematuria—when you cannot see the blood in your urine, but it can be seen under a microscope or is found using a urine test called a urinalysis
Thickened Bladder
Bladder wall thickening occurs when the mucosal layers, submucosa, mucosal muscles, and serosa grow larger than average in size. If you experience frequent urination during the day and night, you should see a doctor, as this may be a sign of thickening of the bladder wall.
Neurological Problem
SUI
Stress urinary incontinence (SUI) is defined as the involuntary leakage of urine on effort, exertion, sneezing, or coughing. Urodynamic SUI is defined as the involuntary leakage of urine during filling cystometry associated with increased intra-abdominal pressure in the absence of a detrusor contraction.
Overctive Bladder
Overactive bladder (OAB) is the name for a group of urinary symptoms. It is not a disease. The most common symptom is a sudden, uncontrolled need or urge to urinate. Some people will leak urine when they feel this urge. Another symptom is the need to pass urine many times during the day and night. OAB is basically the feeling that you’ve “gotta’ go” to the bathroom urgently and too much.
Urine Retention
Urinary retention is a condition in which you cannot empty all the urine from your bladder. Urinary retention can be acute—a sudden inability to urinate, or chronic—a gradual inability to completely empty the bladder of urine.
