Case Study : ALLERGIC RHINITIS & BRONCHIAL ASTHMA

History

  • A 60 year old lady suffering from ALLERGIC RHINITIS since 40 years. Complaints mostly agg during Damp weather and caused by C.O.W/DUST.
  • Patient presented with SNEEZING++, PROFUSE WATERY RHINORRHEA, ITCHING IN EYES AND NOSE AND NOSE OBSTRUCTION
  • Since 3 months complaining of CONTINUOUS COUGH WITH EXPECTORATION. Taking allopathic treatment but no improvement.
  • Irritation in throat→ Cough with white expectoration.
  • Cough < night, < lying on back
    >warm drinks, >lying on sides.

    • ASSOCIATED COMPLAINT:
    • B/L Knee pain since 7 years. Ice application.
    • Occ Acidity→Diarrhea

    • Does not like to sit idle. Likes to remain active even at this age.
    • Fastidious.
    • Calm nature.
    • Fear of quarrels (palpitations).
    • I care for everybody but when they don’t care for me I get upset. I will keep thinking.
